[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Bolt Assembly Value

I got through to ATI once so far this week and forgot to ask how much to insure the bolt assembly for.
It needs the extractor fixed so I don't have to send in the whole gun.
Anyone know how much the bolt assembly costs?

Wow, where is everybody? Pretty bad when you have to answer your own questions.

Anyway, most shippers (UPS for instance) automatically have a declared value of up to $100.00 on all shipments, so you should be covered.

Post Office has ZERO insurance.

I don't insure anything anymore unless it's over $100. There's 99.9999% chance that your package WILL make it with no problems if you use the US Postal Service. Just add delivery confirmation, I think it cost $0.70 these days to add that option. That way you'll know when they receive it and I'm sure the guys at ATI will turn it around and get it back to you short order.
