Def. a no go........these were canceled i think the same time the official announcement was made from chris/ati that GSG-5s would seize to be sold after jan 31st.

Trident,

Not sure if I missed another announcement, but last Chris said, they will be sold, they are just on hold until after the lawsuit is finalized.

Can you confirm they are DOA?

I looked into the past 13 pages or so and couldn't find it but, I recall this being covered in a past post where ATI Chris stated that the SD kits were deemed an accessory so they were still coming, they were just on hold until the lawsuit was finished up or something like that.

As a kit they are a no-go at this time, but I believe you can order the individual peices from ATI and build it yourself.

Can you show me where Chris said that? Not doubting you, it's just I've been following this closely and last he said they were fine, just not till after the lawsuit.

here's the last thing Chris said as far as I know....

I implore all of you to not freak out about repair/replacement parts and be patient.  We have to get all the i's dotted and t's crossed on the settlement, then we'll be in the clear to explain why you needn't worry about parts for the future.

so, i understand this will cause rampant speculation for the present on here, that's ok.  ATI will explain all once things are finalized.

I can not at this time find the quote of the parts, but I do know that replacement parts were not effected by the lawsuit, they just have to relabel them, i.e. take the "mp5" out of the sku.
