All of you rock!
I can say that on here. We want to make everyone as happy with our service as we can, thank you all. It's so hectic, our business, our general field. We appreciate greatly not only the patience of our customers (as we can't always get back to you right away) but the gratitude we receive from those in need that we can help or those in general who simply like what we do. It's a crazy, busy schedule for everyone at ATI. Help keep us diligent, help keep us true to our cause. Call us or email us directly with questions, concerns or problems. Always practice patience with us as we are continously busy with trying to provide you with the best products and service as we can. And remember, we know that with out you, the guy or gal who buys the GSG or any one of our many other products, we wouldn't have the company that we've built today. Another ditto for excellent CS! Chris & Ray took care of my issues with free parts & got them to me most ricky tick!
Now perfect CS would've been if they had come to the house & installed the parts so *I* wouldn't get crazy trying to get the firing pin & spring back together...........................

Ditto for the ATI guys. I was looking at a parts diagram of the GSG-5 and noticed a set screw that retained the "can" on the barrel was missing on mine. I sent an email to ATI asking if this screw should be installed on my rifle or was it just used for other models, whatever.
A few days later I got a letter with a bag of screws in it from ATI. WOW! When they got my email they just jumped right in and took care of it. This is service and it should be noticed. If they are reading this, THANKS GUYS! |
