We are releasing our first press releases, photos & info today for the GSG5-PK. This is just the first promotional photo I have put together, there will be a sell sheet with more information on the gun coming soon. For now, I hope you guys enjoy looking at this as much as I did creating it! need...more...boobies....| Trust me, both the grip and the amount of boob shown has been a topic of much debate around the office. The grip we can't do anything about... I agree it would certainly look and feel more authentic with the grip, but we work with what we've got, you know? As for the model, there will be plenty more photos of her with the PK coming out, and she'll be scantily clad at the ATI booth at this year's SHOT SHOW. |

That comes down to the policies of who you are buying it from. It will go through our usual chain... ATI -> Distributor -> Dealer -> You ... So if you have a firearm dealer you usually buy from and that dealer buys from Ellett Brothers, or Acusport, etc. to get a pre-order you should follow that chain backwards. I am not sure which of our distributors are allowing dealers to pre-order these but I will try to find out and get back to you on that one. |
| I see that it's threaded from the above post.....but what type of adapter will be needed to get to 1/2 x 28. I have seen an older thread that speculated that the Sig Mosquito adapter will work. Truth to this? Thanks for the heads up.... literally. h.gif |

Man, I have been so busy at work lately I've been missing a lot of stuff around here. Nice to see these will be only a month out. A lot of people are waiting for them to hit the market. I was hearing conflicting reports of the barrel being threaded. We will just have to wait and see when they get here. I don't want to assume one way or another now. It was also stated that the Sig Mosquito Adapter would work. I believe GSG designed or help designed the Sig Mosquito so using that adapter would make sense.... again if the "internet" reports are correct. Personally I am going to wait until a dealer gets them and takes pics so we know for sure. |
Put that dangerous weapon on safe before she pokes an eye out with those things... o yea the gun in her right hand too  Definately on my "want" list, can't wait to see them in person.

| So these have the same problems as the rifles, the metal parts inside cracking after a few thousand rounds. The cheap airsoft plastic parts also being used on this one. I was really considering buying the rifle until seeing all the problems with them. Hopefully they have the problems fixed on these. |
Well don't quote me on this - again, I am merely the humble graphic designer and artist who works on marketing these products - but I believe the increase in cost has to do with how badly the USD is being punished by the Euro and cost to bring them into the country has increased recently. |
Barrel length is 7.4" Still not sure on that threading question myself. |

I don't think these will be legal for sale in California, due to assault weapons ban. From California penal code section 12276.1 "Pistols (4) A semiautomatic pistol that has the capacity to accept a detachable magazine and any one of the following: (A) A threaded barrel, capable of accepting a flash suppressor, forward handgrip, or silencer. (B) A second handgrip. (C) A shroud that is attached to, or partially or completely encircles, the barrel that allows the bearer to fire the weapon without burning his or her hand, except a slide that encloses the barrel. I thought that was refering to increasing MSRP on the GSG rifle, not the PK. All well. If I'm spending $540 on a pistol it'll be a glock or Sig. I was hoping this would be cheaper, much cheaper considering what it is. Thanks |

The US Dollar has actually gained on the Euro over the last few months. |
The folks at German Sport Guns are working on modfications to the design to create both NY and CA legal versions of the PK... Not sure how it will turn out but I have my fingers crossed. |
That's odd, isn't the actual HK Length around 5.5"? I didn't expect them to be the same, for obvious reason, but I also did not expect they could be that different. |
