| so im looking at getting a rail for my gun but i dont wanna spend 35 dollers for it. What do you guys think about getting a cheap one on ebay for like 7-15 bucks, good idea or no? |

| Comon you cant really mess up the design of a scope rail. If it were for a sniper rifle or something then maybe shell out the $$$ for a name brand but for the GSG an ebay one would be fine. I got one like that off ebay for like $13 shipped and love it. The fakepoint (off ebay too) hasn't fallen off yet... :) |
Never mind after screwing with it i got it to snap in place some how... On the other hand the NCstar rail seems very well built. |

Gotta agree, this is a plinker for me. So I don't feel the need to have the absolutely best scope mount. I was ready to just order from one of the links to a seller on this part of the forum, but after adding shipping cost it was close to 55 bucks! Found one on amazon.com ~20 bucks shipped to me. Had it within 4 days. Works just fine.... |
My local had a rail for $49.00, not impressed ordered the NC Star reddot with the mount for same price and returned the rail. Store credit got me lots of ammo!!! Told my wife that was all he could do. The rail was unmarked but fit well, really just didn't like the dot being up so high.
