| I have been searching all over the web and cant find a metal end cap with sling all i can find is plastic (this is the one to make it a pistol) would like to find so i can take the sling piece off and weld on the lock down nut for a ar 15 retractable stock or drill a big hole threw it and use two buffer tube lock down nuts so i dont have to weld iam sure if i find one it will be alum. so the big hole and two lock down nuts might be the way to go if you have found one of these end caps please let me know might have to buy metal end cap for retractable and drill hole in it but dont want to spend 45 to 50 on it and not sure how it would look on that end cap thanks |

Hmmmmm maybe a real HK endcap might work for your project. www.hkparts.net/5.htm they have an HK one and a Choate looks like, all you need is money
