Alright I am tired of my cheap walmart kitchen knifes. They suck at pretty much everything and I have even snapped two of them in half. I carry nice folders every day for work so I figured why should I use crap at home. (benchmade/ spiderco)
What is a good set around $150? I dont want to break the bank because I dont have a lot to spend. Is that do able? |
| Old hickory is good for the money if you don't mind putting an edge on them, it's not the best from the factory but the steel is decent. I have a few of them, a shun, and some benchmades. Like a couple others have said buy a few that suit your needs and put the money towards qualit not quantity. You can find universal blocks that lay in a drawer as well, I have one but can't remember the brand. |
