looking for some cool Christmas presents for some friends.   Not wanting to spend much maybe 20 or 30 bucks.     Came across the hibbins throwing knives and axe.  Both seem in my price range and united cutlery isn't junk from what I understand.

You guys helped me out so much on picking a edc fixed blade, ordered the HEST and won't look back, I figure someone would have a tip or two for me.

Any tips, hunts or just slander couldn't hurt.     Thanks

I have always had good luck with Hibben throwing knives. They are gtg in my book, they may cost a little more than comprable stuff, but I never feel like I am overpaying.   Just remember that bigger/heavier are easier to throw.  I have a set of these and they are a bit tricky because they are so light:

I plan on trying these tantos next:

I would like to try one of these sometime in the near future:

I have never ordered from this crowd, but they have a good selection.

I've never used any, but hear good things about Cold Steel throwers.

This is probably the best knife throwing forum.  There are plenty of "Which knife should I buy" threads.
