I use to sell automatic knives in the mid 90`s
Is it Legal to sell them on the EE?
and what are the fees if any?
I know about the paper work etc! when selling a automatic knife

DO NOT IM ME FOR THIS KNIFE

Yes it is allowed by EE rules and there is no fee unless you are a dealer. There are several autos in the EE now. When(if) you decide to sell it here, IM me before you list it. I can't promise I'll buy it since I don't know what it is or how much you want for it, but there is a good chance that I will.

Laws on them vary, I usually see a disclaimer in online ads along the lines of "it is the buyer's responsibility to comply with his state laws" etc. For example, in TN you can collect as many autos as you want, but you cannot carry one unless you are military, or a first responder etc.

Ny actually allows you to possess an auto knife for hunting or fishing. Kind of strange since dumb stuff like throwing stars and nunchucks are completely illegal.
