What is the legal status of these?

I really want a Microtech HALO, but it appears that I cannot order one, because it would be shipped interstate.

Believe it or not they are legal in NY if you are hunting or fishing (or I think if you have one arm). I thought about getting one for shits and giggles to terrify my fudd hunting partners but most places will only ship to leo/military.

You can get them in any state, just dont carry them if its "discouraged" in your state.

Have it shipped fedex or UPS and youll be OK.

I am pretty sure you CAN'T get tham in any state. I know in MD you cannot buy, carry, or posess one without LE/MIL ID

you are incorrect.

In TN we can possess an auto knife, but carrying is frowned upon. Furthermore, our CCL is for pistols only.

In Georgia we can carry GRENADES with a CCW!!!

Man, I keep looking for grenades at gun shows and Wal-Marts, because that is where Mexican narco gangs get theirs, but they must have bought all of them, because I can't find any. Anybody got a source for M67s?

Illegal here in Indiana. Which is ironic, seeing as I can carry any fixed blade I want, open or concealed, and we're a shall-issue state.

It's funny how the laws vary. In NH, anyone can own auto knives but only LE, Fire, and Rescue personnel can carry them, or if you are hunting with a valid hunting license you can carry one.
