I alway had high quality folders but now I want a good good fixed blade for hunting/camping.

I want to spend arount $200, any suggestions?

I saw one that is called Tops Sreaming Eagle that looks good but I have no clue what to look for.

here's my .02..

You can buy a top end hunting/camping knife for under $100 easily.

Few things in life can be improved upon and a good heat treated, high carbon 1095 knife steel is one of them.  There are knife guru's that rage over all the new super steels out there but for camping, hunting, bushcraft 1095 steel is the do all and is user friendly.

I suggest the Ontario TAK-1 in 1095.

Personally, I went with the Scrapyard Yard Guard.  Scrapyard blades, like Busses, are not the easiest to come across all the time, but they are pretty much indestructible and can take/hold a serious edge.  Plus, great for chopping!  I paid $140 for this from a guy on this site a few months ago.  With a cordura sheath (kydex insert):

Bob Dozier's D2 steel hunters are wonderful. He offers several models with 2 3/4" -3 1/2" blades, much more useful than the usual Bowie so many folks want to carry. He also offers larger models.

His grips feel good, real working knives.

D2 is amazing. I have dressed, quartered, butchered, bagged, and frozen a spike elk  without having to touch up the blade, and gone on to do 2 little whitetails with the same blade.
