Looks like a Japanese arisaka bayonet.

I have one similar except with a curved hilt. definitely Arisaka Bayo. Nice specimen!

Based on the wood quality and furniture mounting methods, it is probably a "last ditch" or later bayo. You can check Arisaka forums out for more info on the mill marks for factory location.

It is a Type 30 Japanese bayonet for the Arisaka. Janzen says it was produced by an unknown company under Kokura supervision.
