I have a couple of knives, a Bark River and a Browning, that need sheathes. Both came with perfectly serviceable sheathes, but I need something a little more durable (like kydex) and wider belt loops. Any ideas where I can find something like this? I also am looking for a replacement sheath for my Glock 78, preferably factory, color unimportant. Thanks |
| Check this one out Survival sheath I took one of these to Iraq with me twice and it has been bar none the best sheath I have ever bought I still have it to this day and the only thing that broke was the button snap on the pouch part it still has a zipper and a buckle on it so it did not matter. The pouch is a great place to keep a stone and a Leathermen or any other tool you have like that in it. |
This should work for the Glock knife, but the blades on the BR and Browning are sub 5's. More utility blades than combat/survival. Thanks for the link, tho! I'm a big fan of Spec Ops gear! |

Take a look here www.bussecombat.com/sheaths/index.shtml There are a lot of custom make sheaths here that should fit. Some even have sheaths that are pre made for a lot of knives. I don't like a lot of Spec-ops stuff also because most of the time it is cheap and poorly made I have only two things I'd tell people it worth buying from them one is that sheath the othe is T.H.E. wallet. |
Try Here. Just have to say one thing a knife sheath is like your pistols holster or your rifles sling. Being cheap is not always the best. I spent the $40 for my sheath its gone to Iraq twice with me and its still one the same knife to this day it is the best sheath I have ever bought and never thought twice about the price! The knife that it holds is a Ka-bar 21 cen that was bought by my wife when we where still dating. |
