The thinner Kydex is so easy to work with you can do it yourself with some basic tools, an oven and some imagination.

Do a search for Kydex Sheaths, Holsters or I forget what the other was...Maybe Kydex Alice Clips.

I tried that route and it didn't seem to work out as well as I'd hoped, though I'll admit to using a heat gun rather than an oven.  The results were less than spectacular and I don't feel like investing the couple/three hundred bucks that knifekits wants for their specialized heater/presser and riveter.

FWIW, I've done business with On/Scene Tactical.  I've bought a few items from them and have yet to be dissapointed.  Their service is excellent, as well.
