Do you know of a place I can send a puma for repair. The hold open spring is broken. I have sent 2 e-mails to them with no reply. Sorry customer service. Thanks Jim

years ago i dropped a puma on a concrete floor, busted the tip off, i boxed it up and sent it back to germany (20 or so in postage) and a brand new knife was returned in 3 weeks. i included a letter explaining what happened and offered to send 'em $ if they'd send me a bill. no charge. i even included my email address and phone number. 15 years ago, an email address was kind of weird, however. maybe they thought i was big brother or something... |
