If this is the wrong place to ask this question then I apologize before hand. I was gonna post this in the ammo section but it seems like this is a better place to get some info.

I'm trying to figure out their current market value of some 50 BMG ammo that I have. I have roughly 25 rounds of PMJ 06. My buddy said they were South Korean contract ammo and their brass was better than Lake City for reloading. I sold him about 60 pieces of brass because he wanted them to reload.

So how much should I price these rounds for. And what would be an equal trade of 556 or other types of ammo be. 3 to 1, 4 to 1,  5 to 1?

Please this is not a for sale thread just looking for some info guys.

Also what is the best way to ship these rounds. I know I have to use UPS but these rounds are loose. Should I just wrap these up in packing paper and box them up, bubble wrap?

Thanks for any help.

I'd say somewhere between $3 and $4 per round.

If you want to sell it, ask $3 a round but if you want more and you're not worried about selling it you can ask up to $5. You probably won't find to many buyers at the high end unless they're one on the panic buyers.

I guess you really have to be hurting to be a panic buyer buying 50. I appreciate the help fellas.

Thanks
