Hell yeah man!
Don't forget to zero your irons while there is no scope mounted,. I did the same with my 82 it took me about a year to pick out and then finally pay for a scope. I went with a Premier Heritage 3-15x50mm gen2 mil-dot & badger M107 rings. Buying a extra mags is gonna suck, Trust me. So what part of PA? I'm in Schuylkill Co. ETA: I see it came with the mono pod,. Nice. |

I already picked out the scope I want, Nightforce 5.5x22, but I havent decided on the mounting yet. I was leaning toward the Larue QD mount or just Barrett rings. |

I've been thinking about getting a set,. But for the money I can almost buy another mag. You should be pretty happy with that scope,. I've never heard bad things about Nightforce. And with a 30mm tube it should be easy to find a bunch of mounts to choose from,. I was pretty limited for 34mm rings. Let me know if your ever on this side of the state, the only thing better than one m82a1 on a ranges fireing line is two m82a1's. |

Is that the one from Sportsmans Suppy? I grabbed four boxes of PMC Bronze 50 BMG off the shelf there yesterday and when I paid for it the guy said they just sold an 82. Mine is a kit gun with the factory mounts and MkIV Leupy but I have the Larue QD mount on my Bohica with a Night Force Benchrest 12 x 42 and it's holding up great so far (200 rounds). |

You just push in the end and they slide in and out compared to having to pull them. I will definitely let you know if I stop out to the other side of the state. I need to wait for a while before I order the scope. The funds are a little low right now. Quoted:
Is that the one from Sportsmans Suppy? No, I bought it from a gentleman in TN. |

Yes, it is. I will give a review once I get some range time. Its been freezing outside and I have been traveling a lot for work, so I had had not chance to shoot it yet. |

Please do.
Too bad you never fired the M82 yet with the stock recoil pad, so you can actually compare the difference between the old one and the new one. Just wondering if Lin's recoil pad is actually worth buying, because I don't think the M82 kicks hard at all. |
