Hi all,
I have been lurking on this forum and learning a hell of a lot over the past couple of months. Thanks for all of the valuable information! I recently took the plunge and bought a Ferret 50, and actually have another one on order. Anyway, the question I had for you guys is what method do you use to pull down .50 bullets? Of course, everything is bigger for the .50, and I haven't come across a bullet puller yet (besides the $$$ rcbs collet setup). I'm asking because I have some ammo I'd like to pull down and inspect before I go firing it. Thank you, Josh |
| FYI, This one is my choice. A little more expensive but quick: Corbin Bullet Puller |

i got mine on ebay also
except i went with either a 17/32 or a 33/64 collet i dont recall they were cheaper and made in the usa works great heres a cheap used puller setup just needs the correct collet 5c collet holder heres a new Chinese one 5c collet set i dont see any collets in the correct size available on ebay at this time but tomorrow may be another story there are a few online machine shop supply houses that do have them in stock when i was shopping for mine |

Hey MrBen, Those are my Pix, It been nearly 2 years since I took them. I'm Glad to see they are still useful even though they aren't that good.. Jason Yeah! I was surprised to still find them over at the FCSA forum after all this time... They get the idea across and I bet you've inspired a lot of sales over the years :) //Ben |
