I'm a big fan of single piece scope mounts. I know the Larue 3 latch mount is 50bmg worthy but what about others like GG&G's and Armalite's. Both of these have great reviews with 5.56 and 7.62 rounds but what about on the big daddy 50bmg? What other single piece scope 30mm mounts are out there that can hold zero on a 50cal? I'm not looking to detach the mount so quick detach is not required.

Thanks

The Armalite 30mm one-piece mounts work just fine.  A good friend of mine used one on his AR-50 and is now using it on a BGA Viper.  He's had fine results with it holding a Nightforce NXS 5.5-22x56mm.

I'm sure the Larue dedicated 50 BMG mount would be fine as well.  As an added bonus, the Larue has 30 MOA built in so if you have a flat scope base on your rifle, the Larue will get you out considerably further.  If you already have a 20-30 MOA base the Larue might keep you from being able to dial to 100 yards, even with a NF NXS 5.5-22 with 100 MOA built in (50 up, 50 down).

As he said, Nightforce.

Thanks guys. I'll have to see how much money I have left over but I'll most likely get the Armalite mount. I love my Larue's but they are just so much.

The Armalite 30mm one-piece rings might not be very tacti-cool but they'll work just fine.  Just loctite the ring screws and get the cross bolts tight.  And push the mount forward against the front side of the picatinny groove.

Armalite works great.  I would have one on my 50 (I love the one on my AR) but I found a great deal on a two piece armalite mount, and they have been great, big beefy rings at a good price.
