I have an LAR Grizzly (field grade chamber) and was wondering how I could check the headspacing on it.

I only have about 150 rounds through her so it isnt much of a worry right now......but when should I start to worry, and how would I resolve the problem?

Thanks for any info.

A new rifle with that few rounds through it should be set at minimum headspace. You need a set of headspace gauges to check it.

hello. i also have a lar grizzly. owned it for about 8 yrs. have shot probably around 5 to 6hundred rds through it. not a single problem. cases still extract smooth and no split necks, except with some lake city and some greek ammo. i dont know if you would ever need to have the head spacing checked? if you are that worried, call lar grizzly up and ask. they have always been more than helpful when i had question.  kirk
