I'm still waiting on my mags for my PS90, which I got December 28th. When did you get your SCAR? Submitted 12/30, they arrived today! Promotion said 6-8 weeks so they kept their promise. Hmmmm....I'll look for them this week then, which would be week 8 for me. It seems like mags are in high demand right now though, so it's possible they're behind. |
| OK here is my experience. Mailed my package with tracking to the McLean post office box as directed. It arrived on 14 December and SAT there two weeks before it was picked up. I called the promotion manager to ask him WTF after the first week. No call back. In early January I called again twice. No call back but did catch him the 3rd time. He said not a problem everything cool. Early February I called again and was connected to his assistant. She said they ran out and were waiting for a new shipment of triggers. She had me on the list and sorry. Having spent 30 years in the Washington, D.C. Area and living a mile from McLean I know that some of the government contractors are as bad as the federal government when it comes to working a full 40 hour week. Customer service? Piss up a rope. Returning phone calls? FU too. 6-8 weeks to mail out a small package is bull shit. I worked foreign military sales for 6 years and I know how these clowns operate. They always wanted to take us out for 2 hour working lunches but I would pass and give the tax payer his due. Call me what you want but I did my job and expect them to do theirs. As of today still no trigger. |
