Has anyone tried these 40 round C-Products mags in their FS2000's?

Do they work good?

Seemed to work fine - but I only shot about 2 mags worth with them in my FS2000.
They did have a failure to feed in my ar - seemed like the last 10-15 bullets were dragging on the nose, and by the time they got to the top they were angled down too far to feed. Smacking the back of the mag on the counter got the remaining off the nose and feeding again.
Could have gotten that way from bouncing around in the car too long I guess - but 30 rounders with same car millage on them had no feed issues.

Did yours have the magpul followers?

I used the forty rd c products with no problem. Unlike magpul They're basically the same profile and dimensions as 30 rd usgi just longer.

Mine were straight from the bag with no other changes.

They have anti-tilt followers - not sure if they are magpul or not - I didn't change them.  They say 5.56 on the top, and SS on the bottom.  They allow about 3 degrees of tilt

The Cprod 40s stick in my 2000, I have to press the ejector from the side to get them out not the release button. They do function 100%. They have the Cprod copy of the Magpul follower.

I have that problem with some cproducts 30 rounders - they have above the notch stick out (as well as below).  My 40 rounders don't have that, nor do some of my 30 rounders.  I just hammered the top in on a few and they no longer stick.  Not sure why they felt the need to have that ...

Who sells / has CP 40s in stock?

They work fine in mine, but they are a lot harder to eject than a 30rd clip.

UPDATE - Got one from CDNN today and decided to try it out. I stuck it in the magwell of my FS2K and it clicked into place beautifully. Then I tried to take it out.

I had to turn the gun upside down and depress the little steel mag release lever in further while pushing down on the mag release button and pull to get that damn thing out of there.

Works fine in my AR though.

Well, there go my plans for an unending stream of bullets coming from my FS2K.

Like I said above, a hammer will fix that problem.
