I do not have a problem with the stock SCAR grip, but would very much like to have a way of storing 3 CR123A batteries in the grip. I recently found the thread on the storage spot behind the butt plate and it now contains a battery for my Elcan optic. However it is too small to carry the CR 123 batteries. Does anyone know of an insert or other modification that would allow storage in the stock SCAR grip?

isnt a stock scar grip the same as a standard a2 grip? but tan?
...may be slightly different w/ detent spring/screw but there are plugs that are sold for a2 grips grip plugs link |
