I am the proud new owner of a 5.7x28 PS90 Carbine.  I have not shot it yet.  After reviewing the owners manual, and looking at the factory provided ring sights, I am confused........I see no adjustments for windage or elevation? Also, it seems a bit dim, and I'm concerned about daylight (bright light ) shooting.

You guys are the best, and have always been helpful.  Thanks again for any input!

I think the factory site is great for outdoor shooting the adjustments are on the top & side of the scope there is a hole in the mount so you can reach them mine was perfect at 100M right out of the box so don't adjust them till you shoot it

They are plenty bright outdoors but adjusting them is a PITA without the special tool.
I said screw the originals, bought a rail and mounted a Aimpoint.

The factory sight is good enough, from the box my Ps90 was hitting pop cans all day using 197 ammo from twenty to eighty meters with no problems. The double donut sight was awesome and in low or high light i did not experience any visible wash out.

I agree with elf.  It is good enough.  I like mine and don't plan on changing the site anytime soon.

I held one and decided not to buy it. Indoors in a brightly lit room and I couldn't get the sight to display at all. Just a big clear circle.

You know i had several members in the local home town forum shoot the PS90 and provide first time impressions on gun and factory sight several months ago in a local and deep rock pit.  The area contained a highly reflective sun light trap which required a shooting hat and sun glasses and everyone had a good time with the ps90.  Most of the shooters will have no propblem expressing opinions or concerns about firearms and will give you a good verbal workout if things are phony or dont work right.

A whole cross section of differnet shooters ranging from twenty to sixty all had the same thing to say. Wow that gun rocks and that sight really works fast and well.  Its a good thing i had eight hundred rounds of ammo because several of the members were hooked on the gun and i am sure FNH sold a few more of there products that month.  The sight is good enough and keeps it simple with no batteries  to burn out. I will keeing my 90 in stock condition and continue to use the KISS method.

It has the absolute WORST optic I have ever seen. Period. The time I shot one, I was sitting in the dark shooting into the light (floodlights) and I coud barely see the sight even with my 20/13 eyes.

+1  I could not find any lighting combination where the site would work well for me.  I put an Aimpoint on mine and haven't looked back.
