Can you dump a mag and keep all rounds on a man sized target under 100 yds?

No

An M16 f/a is more controllable than an M4, in my experiences

Say 50.

we had to do it at force pro at 25 yards. Only the smaller people couldn't do it by the 2nd or 3rd go.

Sten MK II can do it.
The rate of fire has a lot to do with the dynamics of full automatic controllability.
And a relative high ratio of static weight to "KICK".

I believe a 28 Thompson is a pussycat as well.
I have only shot one mag through one.

The M3 grease gun was a pussycat too.

I used to run 50 rd. Lanchester mags, one after another through my Stengun.
Easy 14 inch group mag dumps at 100 yds.

A 5 round mag, probably; a 10 round mag, maybe; any more, iffy.

in burst yes, one long mag dump probably would miss a  few.

I'm sure I could do it, depending on the gun.

With a G3, no way, I'd be lucky to get 3 on target.

With a MP-5 or M/11 with Lage upper, yes.

With a 20" M-16, most of the time.

With an American 180, no doubt.

In this video below, I'm shooting 72 round and the gun hardly moves.

M60 on a tripod with the T&E???

Yeah, piece of cake.

M16 from the shoulder? Maybe at 50 yards.

Full auto isn't really about hitting anything. It is about fixing the enemy in place so your maneuver element can move.

For close quarters is def more that just keeping the targets head down.

With my suppressed M4, I can do it easily at 50 yards.

Unsuppressed, maybe at 50 yards. 25 years, definitely at a man sized target. It's all about proper form.

Once I can start posting videos, I'll post videos.

Yes, if you have any upper body strength at all.  It's not difficult.

I just tired it with a suppressed 12.5 @ 50........not so good. Second attempt was prone and much better but I still missed a couple.

It depends on the guy, 5'5" 135lbs running only about 50 %, 6'8" 300 lbs standing around 95%. Now if I am being shot at all bets are off. LOL you guys crack me up.
