Hello,
New member, long time collector. Anyone know what RDIAS have been selling for lately? I just saw one listed on gunbroker -http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=390039619 and its been a few years since I've been in the buying market. I tried to look up recent selling prices and can't find anything other than http://www.machinegunpriceguide.com/ and it says 25K in Nov 2013! Are these things really selling that high? I know I've been out of the market awhile but last time I saw one if I remember correctly it was around 15K. Thanks in advance for any help. |

I'd say low 20s is average.
I bought my first all steel one for $17k a couple years ago, and I just bought a second all steel one recently, and was lucky to get it for almost the same price just because it is from a local "friend of a friend." With that being said, I have seen them popping up over the past couple months for $17k for aluminum, on up to $25k+ for all steel. If you want one, just don't worry about the price, and buy it. They are rare as hens teeth, and todays "too much" will be next year's "amazing deal". When I paid $17k for my first one in 2011, I was called crazy..... |

I totally agree with this, I picked my steel RDIAS up for 12k in 2008 from Ruben. Everyone thought I was nuts, now my wife wishes I would have purchased 2. Prices have gotten crazy and when you can find them they sell so fast it's hard to snag one. If you want it, get it and don't worry about the cost. One day it'll seem like a great deal assuming no federal laws change. |

Economy is not improving at all but the last a few yrs, HK sear & DIAS prices have skyrocketed
I was lucky enough to grab LL for $6K a few yrs back, but I really missed the opportunity to grab DIAS at low $10K range. You snooze... you loose.... Lesson learned and history will only repeat. YMMV

I wish i was old enough to speak when my family sold off a lot of transferables, so i could have talked them out of it. |
