[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Stemple RDIAS value?

What would an aluminum Stemple RDIAS be worth? I have a chance to buy one that was bought in 86 from Stemple, had a few hundred rounds on it, and then thrown in the safe.

Any good reason to stay away from aluminum?

Sounds about right.

Take whatever the going rate for an M16A1 is going for and consider it about the same value.

As long as it's timed / shimmed properly, there shouldn't be a problem.

I would buy it, I'm really mad at myself I had a guy on the phone who had one(steel) for 18K and decided to not piss the wife off. I got home and the wife said why didn't you buy it and I basically screwed myself

I have to give it to my wife she never has said one thing about me buying NFA stuff but I got myself back and bought 6 transferables the next week(showed her)
