The steel DIAS on Subguns went spf for $20.5k

Well, I guess I don't have to feel bad for paying $18k for mine a few months ago.

Crazy, especially since if they ban the hosts it will be more expensive to use one.

It is almost becoming cheaper to become a SOT and make one yourself.

ETA - At what price point is that a reality?

A little pricey, but it is what it is.  There are not many of them.  I would normally be interested in it.

The only other Ameron Int. I've got in my RDIAS photo library was in 2010 for 10k and it was aluminum, it's amazing how quickly these little guys are going up. I never thought I would be able to say I've doubled my $ on my RDIAS, but by the end of 2013 I think I will be able too.

I was the one who purchased it.  Expensive - yes.  But I wanted one and have the means to buy.  There were actually three for sale in the past few days; the first seller was being a jackass about the selling process.  Chris, who sold me this one, is a standup guy and I was happy to buy this.  The only downside was the double hop I have to go through since it is currently on a Form 4.

I have tried to find more info on the Amron Enterprises - but have had no luck.  Any insight?

Thanks,
Mike

Congrats!!  Jealous of your purchase!!

No idea on the Amron stuff.  Never heard of it before, but that sear looks VERY similar to the profile and shape of mine, and mine has been a perfect drop in with no shims or anything so hopefully yours is the same.

Have fun "wasting" ammo as much as me

Grats on the purchase Red-RX7!!

I once asked m60joe if he had a brand preference for DIAS's and his reply was that it didn't matter.  He said that they're such simple devices that they pretty much all work, and it's easy to fix those that have problems.

That made me feel a lot better when I was looking for mine.

I saw the No Love Letter 249B for $40K and thought about it.

Short upper, suppressor, and, possibly wrong buffer weight?
