Anyone have a link to an active site for these or sale? I want a 5.56 gun but what has the best chance of lasting the longest and for the best price. I'd like to stay around 10K. With any of those could I slap on any caliber upper with no problems? Aside from tuning?

I'm going to look at an M82a1, Thermal scope, or FA machine gun.

I want full auto but versatile. Should I just pop for a Mac? Help me decide!

Which of those would you go with?

Get an M-16, tons of options for it. For $10K you can get a RR M-16 lower which is a good choice. I do prefer the RDIAS however it costs around $12K. The RLL is my least favorite choice being just a piece of thin metal that can break easy, but it is cheaper around $7K. The .50BMG is a fun rifle, however the ammo is very expensive and shoot it once or twice and you'll get bored of it. The M-16 is way more fun if you ask me. The MAC-11 is a good choice for being cheap for a first machine gun if you are on a  budget, but the M-16 is way better and cost reflects this. As far as finding one for sale you just have to shop around, I really like this website http://www.sturmgewehr.com/webBBS/nfa4sale.cgi
