| I know there are 41's out there but I was thinking about a 43. Are there any, how do they run and whats the price for one. In fact any info you've got on either would be great. Just dreaming about what to buy when I win the lotto since I don't play. |

PPS43s are not uncommon. A lot came home from Korea because they fold u so nicely and can fit in a duffle bag without anyone noticing. They are excellent submachine guns and arguably the best design used during WWII. The last I saw went for about $12,000. They are all C&Rs so that keeps the price a bit higher.
They are extremely reliable, durable, and fire at a slower rate of fire than the PPSh41. (about 650-700rpm) An added benefit is that they do not shower your head with brass when fired as they eject to the right side, unlike the PPSh41. |

Got to fire a 43 years ago at the public range. It was great. The owner registered it during the 68 amnesty and got it mail order in the early 60s. Nice guy an was so happy to shoot my m1a and let me run maybe 12 or so mags through the 43.
Wish I would have kept up with him and tried to buy it. That was a fun afternoon. |
