I have a Southern Tool and Die 76A1 (reproduction of the Smith and Wesson 76) and it doesn't feed very reliably.  I can get maybe half the mag dumped before it jams.  Looks like the nose of the rounds are getting wedged in the "feed funnel".  Also, 2 of my mags won't slam home.

Jams after I clean it, and with +p+ ammo.

Any suggestions?

What kind of mags are you using?  These guns are very sensitive to magazine position.  If they wiggle too much, they jam.  If you hold it by the magazine while firing, you'll never get it to work right.  I had a MK760 (same gun, different maker) that I got NIB, and had not been fixed.  The two things I did were to drill a hole in the trunnion and barrel collar.  With a pin in the trunnion, the barrel no longer rotated while firing.  That helped.  Then, I got some of the cheap Suomi mags and started adding drops of braze until it locked up solid in the magazine well without any wiggle, but still inserted and removed easily.  Once I had one that worked perfectly, it was easy to modify a bunch more.

Are you holding on to the magazine when you're shooting? If you are, try holding the magazine well and not the magazine. I found that holding the magazine will cause misalignment and cause jams.

I got the best reliability from suomi magazines that I hand fitted to the gun. The factory magazines that I got with the gun were junk.

This and make sure your extractor is clean and intact.  The only time I've had fits with mine is when the extractor is tango uniform.

Also, take a Dremel with the polishing wheel and compound and polish the breech face of the barrel.  I mean make it look like it's a mirror...DO NOT use a grinding stone.  It may take a while, but the results will help with the feeding.  If you can, polish the ramp on the front trunion as well.  These are great shooters when they are running 100% and they're easy to get running.
