[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Buffer Recommendation?

I just purchased a cmmg 11.5" .223 upper and I plan on putting it on my standard RRA tactical CAR A4 .223. I guess my first question is what buffer comes from the factory on this model and what is the recommended upgrade? Kind of new to the SBR world. Thanks ahead of time. I checked the FAQ but I only found things on filing my Form 1.
