| Is this legal? Remington 870, 19 inch barrel and 281/2 inches overall with pistol grip. No stock, pistol grip only. will this require a stamp? |

Yup, it's legal. Nope, nothing special required.
ATF regs require registration for barrel under 18" <OR> overall length under 26" <OR BOTH>. So your new 870 with a pistol grip only stock is legal as a Title I weapon with no special status. Just please put on a full length buttstock if you intend to do serious "social work"
