I was talking about making one and a Gun Store Owner said I may want to consider a SBR from the manufacturer as it wouldn't have my name and address on the thing in case I wanted to sell it down the line at some point.
Any thoughts? Thanks in advance. |

What if you move? You just engrave it again somewhere else? The engraving is the name/city/state of the person who made it, on the date it was made. Once it has been registered and made, no additional markings are ever required. Tony, one question. So, say you happen to sell it down the road. once a rifle length reciever is made inot a SBR, there will be no need to re-engrave even if it is transfered to another individual? |

Nope - it's the name, location and manufacurer of the thing, just like it was Colt in Conn. No difference. |
