I searched for awhile to no avail. NFA trusts can only contain a pre-1986 NFA weapons correct? Or can the trust buy new NFA weapons?

Edit: Fixed Typo.

It has nothing to do with a trust but you can buy the following (as long as they are legal in your state)

1) Pre 86 machine guns , full auto, select fire (anything after 86 is considered POST Sample and a SOT FFL holder can obtain them and sell them to LEO/Gubmint agencies, but use lowly civies cant own them)

2) ANY year surpressor

3) ANY year SBR/SBS

4) ANY year AOW

5) ANY year DD

And by "ANY year" I mean I can go into a CIII dealer and pick up the latest greatest suppressor for any gun I own.
