I'm pretty sure the answer to this, but I want to double check since I have never SBR'd anything before...

If I want to SBR a Colt LE6920 Lower Receiver, I do not have to engrave anything because Colt already marks receivers with their Name and City/State right?

Thank you much!

You will have to have it engraved! As far as the ATF is concerned when you send in a form 1 to convert a firearm to NFA, You are the manufacturer and manufacturers are required to put their information on the firearm!

Glad I asked!

So do you just put your actual name, city and state? No "need" to incorporate or form a trust right?

What ever is on the Form 1! If submit it as a individual then that is what you use.

In case you do not know, A trust or corporation does not require the signature of your chief law enforcement official!
