how do i get the Beta cmag to work 100% in 556 ??

From what I've read, you need to use lots of graphite lube on the follower rounds each and every time you load the thing.  This would spread a nice even coating of graphite on the inside of the magazine and presumably, the rounds inside by default.

My Beta-C is still sitting unused in its box, so this is just what I've read. YMMV.

While this is not the Magazine forum, (which is the proper place for this question) perhaps some indication of the problem you are having would still be beneficial in diagnosing your difficulties w/ the Beta mag......

Mine runs 100% and has every since the first time I loaded it, but then I generally only load 90 rounds in it.

I have four or five of them and they have all been perfectly reliable for me while firing both full and semi auto.


I never store them loaded so I don't know if that could make a difference.

thanks for the replys, sorry if i insulted anyone for posting it here.
ill try more graphite. and ill even try 90 rounds...

im using it in a class 3 lower.
