Im filling out a form 1, and had a question regarding overall length. Do you measure with the stock extended on a sbr or with it folded in? Also wondering what the applicant's trade name would be, since im creating a SBR to a trust.

Federal law measures overall length of an SBR with the stock in the firing (fully extended) position.
