Wrapping up my second SBR project. Looking for feedback on CMMG's 10.3" M2SG MedCon upper. It looks impressive to say the least. Specifically looking for feedback on reliability with low powered ammo, specifically Wolf. But other feedback is welcome. I have their 16" middy, and it runs great, I hope the same from this "soft gas" SBR. |

i've got one on an m16 lower. i put 1200 rounds through it without cleaning it, and then was disappointed when i started finally having a couple of malfunctions. i had hoped that it would go longer than that without cleaning........ ........then i realized that ammo i was using (adcom) was blowing primers and that was the problem. other than that i've had zero malfunctions with it using everything from 45gr (iirc) ammo up to the heavy stuff. that being said, i can't speak for how well wolf functions. |
I'm interested too since I am debating between the 10.3 M2SG uppper and the 11.5" upper... |
