talking this kind - I know they are worth more that that - was going to get rid of these but I thought I read some where that the are now DD so was going to drop them in the lake - I had 7 203 rounds that I sold on line but they were green smoke and red star parachutes - funny thing is when I sold them and asked for and address to send them it was the Chief of Police of a town - that kinda freaked me out a little but he got them and was very happy

OP–––– If you look around there was some discussion that the ATF sugested the manufacturer treat the smokes as restricted items but there is nothing (that I am aware of ) in writing. –––––––– the Flares I don't know, But I'll be glad to dispose of them for you and pay the shipping
