I don't have the M- designations of the 'standard' HE and HEDP 40mm rounds I am thinking of offhand, but does anyone hapen to have some dimensions or even better yet some line drawings or CAD drawings of common 40mm rounds? This isn't for anything underhanded, I just have the opportunity to use a CNC lathe for my CNC class and would like to turn some dummy display rounds out of nylon sotck for my 37mm RPB launcher. Any info would be appreciated, otherwise I'll just eyeball it and program a close approximation. ...oh, and yes, I am aware the roudns will need to be of a small diameter to fit in my 37mm launcher.

He doesn't make 37mm replicas of 40mm rounds, and this actually is for a CNC calss fora project, so his resin shells aren't going to help me get a grade. However, I may be able to ask him for some dimensions! |
