-12 Form 1's submitted 1/2 - 1/3 Individual Batch approval 1/25 1 denied due to non-matching receiver info. Will re-submit with a photo of the marking. -2 Form 4's submitted 1/10 via a silencer shop dealer Individual Approved 1/28 No email received was notified by the dealer via phone call. |

Certified 01/13 (took 3 attempts) - ATF email received by me and dealer Approved 01/28 - ATF email not received by me, only dealer Filed as individual and plan to move to a trust in the near future. The dealer emailed me the approval this morning, now I just need to go pick it up. |

* 1/3 afternoon purchase at local FFL -- Silencer Shop stuff -- * 1/8 certify * 1/12 evening, multiple attempt to get through to submit to ATF, finally made it to E-Forms (ATF) 6:32pm * 1/25 APPROVED, no E-Form email * 1/26, local FFL calls and says paper approved yesterday, Sunday 1/25 * 1/26 while out to get suppressor, Silencer emails "Congratulations SBR7_11 ! Our records show that you have received an ATF approval. Dead Air NOMAD 30 |

I guess this confirms the no email of approvals. I have been seeing people on Facebook say their dealer has had to type in the control number to see if their suppressors were approved or not. No emails sent at all. One guy had one approved for a week before anyone knew about it. Hopefully they get this shit worked out. |

Sounds like this is an ongoing problem. |

Log in and just click search. Don't type anything just click search. If you have submitted forms pending they will show up. Forms he submitted will only show up under his account. |

He will also enter his ID and PIN. That way you have both digitally 'signed' the form. Then he submits it. The form 4 will only be in his eForm account. You both should get an email containing a pdf copy of the form when it is submitted and another when it is approved (when everything is working as it should). |

Submitted a form 4 through a dealer on 1/25 A eform 4 moving a SBR from an old Trust to a new trust on 1/31 Just mailed off four paper form 4’s moving silencers into a new trust today (2/2.) Obviously all but the first one I’m not in a huge rush about. Just cleaning up the paperwork mess if having a pre-41F trust and a bunch of single shot trusts. |

They were able to do the EFT's and photo for me for free right there. It was great as they were kind enough to provide me with a copy of the EFT file and the photo. I received the emails yesterday from the ATF advising that both of my applications had been denied due to the wrong Trust name listed on the Form 4 and it did not match my actual Trust name. This was a goof up on my buddy (The shop manager) who inputted the wrong info on the Form 4. I'll be dropping by the shop tomorrow to get it corrected. I also submitted a Form 1 to SBS my Mossberg Shockwave on 1/15/2026. I haven't received any word on that application as yet...
