Friend tried out some of my cans and wants to do the process to get one through a trust of his own.

I pointed him to capital armory and their online trusts, as well as silencershop trusts.

I have all AAC rifle cans, but haven't bought another or checked the market in a few years now.

Sounds like he is going to get a 300AAC, and probably will want it on a couple other rifles. (don't know what he has)

Whats the current rage for multi cal suppressors (rifle rated) that are easily swapped between hosts? No full auto or SBR's.

Lots of good options for multi-cal suppressors.  Most of the big manufacturers offer an option or two...

SilencerCo Hybrid
Griffen Optimus
DeadAir Sandman S

The hard part is deciding on one!

For 300 blackout is the Silencerco Omega or Q Full Nelson from what all of my research is telling me.

I have a 762-SDN6, A Griffin Optimus and a Griffin Alpha/Paladin.
The Alpha/Paladin is my favorite can. It's light, sounds great, I can interchange end caps and there's a wide selection of mounts.

I also  dig the fact that is user serviceable.

Are weight and length a concern for you OP?

I bought my 1st centerfire can last year after a metric shit ton of researching. I wanted to run in on 5.56, 308, 300bo.
I ended up going with the Omega and am completely satisfied.
It's short, light, quiet and QD.

No regrets.

Omega, Surge, Sandman.

If no SBR or f/a then the Omega is hard to beat for dB, size, and mounting options.

Why do you say if not SBR then Omega?

The Omega is rated to 10.5" on 5.56 and 16" for 6.5g/6.8 spc.
