Is this an error or is there a new 4th iteration? If so, can we get some insight as to the improvements incorporated into the latest version? I'm thinking about picking one up just because  I would be specifically interested in what the suppression difference between it and the Paladin/Alpha is (if any). I checked Griffin's website but didn't see any mention of it.

Ok, so according to that it is more of a process improvement rather than a product improvement. The Recce 7 is already top notch, but I thought maybe some top secret performance enhancement was coming along w/ another 4 oz weight reduction w/o any loss in durability

To answer your question about the sound difference between the Recce 7 and Alpha/Maximus/Paladin.. my understanding from Griffin is they are the same.
The baffle design in them is the same, only difference is the materials the baffles are made of. In a video hangout, Griffin said between the two the Paladin was the better suppressor. |
