Who besides ADCO can fix threading that's not concentric? ADCO won't touch a nitride barrel which is lame in my opinion because I dimple nitride barrels with a standard bit with zero issue.

Class 3 Machining is the only place I use for threading. I have lost count how many I have had Morgan do and they all turned out great.

Does the barrel require being chopped or can existing threads be re-chased correctly?

It will likely required being shortened and new threads cut.
