I have a line on an M11 (3/4x10) AWC MK-9. How hard is it to swap the mount out for an Uzi or 3-Lug? I called AWC and they don't do that type of work right now as their machines are all tied up doing other production runs. Their new ownership seems to be on top of things but, sales volume leaves little time for anything other than standard production runs.  Who has tried or done this type of change? The mount appears to be something that could be screwed off with the right spanner wrench but, I don't know what lies behind the mount either. Perhaps this is a lost cause and I need to wait for the Texas group shoot to try a Gem-Tech M-9K, Bowers Versys, Thompson Machine SG-2, and others. |
