| Hey all so this is my first time doing a form 4 and want to get the stuff finished tomorrow. Can I fill out the Law enforcement section myself if I know the information or must I take it to the police station and have them fill it out? Pretty basic question just want to know if I will need to wait till monday or get it done tomorrow. |

The CLEO has nothing to do with the form itself. |

I thought with 41f it doesn't matter if they are friendly or not just they needed to be notified. |

Some people just prefer to stay off the local radar. They'd need a valid reason to contact the ATF in opposition to your submission. Quoted:

I'm also finishing up my first post-41F form 4. I'm wondering if I need to include a cover letter or anything like that for the CLEO form, or can I just stick those two pieces of paper in an envelope and drop it in the mail? The forms have instructions for CLEO on them, and I believe it's even all in bold. I wouldn't send anything that wasn't needed. |

I dropped mine off at the police station today and told them to give it to the chief next time he was in. |
