I was planning on picking up both of these cans soon, but have been thinking about that decision.  They will mostly be used on my SBR's in 556, so why shouldn't I just get two Specwar K's?  That would save me about $300.  I currently have an SDN6 that lives on my 300BO gun, a Harvester to use with my bolt guns, and a Saker762 for my SCAR17 - my only other 30 caliber gun.  That leaves me with a SCAR16, an 18" AR, and 3 SBR AR's that all currently share a SAKER556.  The Omega and the Specwar K are close to the same length and weight and I think close to the same sound suppression.  So, if I already have 30 caliber covered, any reason to pick up the Omega over a 2nd Specwar K?

If you don't need another 30 cal can and don't want to share them I think your logic is spot on, two is better than one!

Agreed.

I'd either go with two 556K cans, or one 556 and one 556K.

For your use case, the Specwar 556K is ideal. It is about as rugged as suppressors get. On a 5.56mm SBR, I would value durability and size over suppression.
