| I heard from a friend who used to work at the dealer Im going through that the atf has been sending the wrong forms for all the cans in jail. Having to send them back and try to get the right ones is holding things up obviously. Has anyone else encountered this? Also has anyone else noticed on the Silencershop wait times list that the Individual Form 4's have made a massive comeback in speed and are on the same dates as the trusts? Any ideas on this? Also note that the dealer is a Silencer Shop Direct so I know the paper work was good to go and not some run around game of grab ass via dealer. All good people and will do business with them again on every available oppurtunity. |
| im not sure how that would be possible to send the wrong form 4s. the address of your dealer (that was put on the form 4) is the address usps sees to deliver to thru the clear window of enevlope. my guess on the individual forms coming back quicker is there a simply way less of them. just my guess. silencer shop dates have been way off before there are always lucky forms that get thru quicker than others. |
| It's funny you mention that about the wrong form. I recently submitted a 5320.20 travel form and it is different than the one I used last year. I fill them out on the ATF website and print. The name and address heve been separated like it was a couple of years ago. I guess the address was too long for the mailing window especially if using a trust with a long name. |

Exactly, I get multiple forms per envelope, some pushing maximum limit of the envelope! |
