Purchased- March 3rd Email Stating Form 3 mailed- March 4th Email That Form 3 was Approved-April 20 Can Shipped-April 21 Can Received by Dealer- April 23 Hope to get Form 4 sent out tomorrow So from purchase to dealer receiving was 51 days |

I'm still waiting on one from January 9th. I had Capitol check and it's still pending. I've gotten two other form 3's that have cleared since then for later purchases. Heck, I just had a form 4 pending from 1/21 clear on April 15th.
I totally agree on the stupidity of it taking so long. It's one SOT to another SOT. It should take 10 minutes. |

I would personally want to call and check on these. My NFA wait times are always on the high side and I just got back 3 form 3's in May to my dealer that were submitted late March. 54 days to be exact. |

| Either the place my dealer ordered from does not have it in stock or they never filed the form 3... because I placed my order back at the end of January and was told it was in stock. It's still not here yet... wtf? I've checked in with my dealer just the other week and he says his distributor sent the forms in and all we can do is wait. |
